Inner European travel & local expenses:
Intra-Europe travel; support for travel between our base Basle/Muhlhouse and the host city, where feasible. If possible: two air tickets BASLE-HOST City-BASLE; business class wherever available as this allows the delicate instruments being taken aboard. For short distances, limousine is an alternative and preferred mode of travel.

accommodation: preferably 4-star hotel or suitable equivalent, including breakfast and in-room Wi-Fi.

6 Microphones & Stands * One short “baby boom” microphone stand * One standard microphone with boom stand (for speaking)
7 Lighting * One or two white spotlights (ideally from the left side)
8 Technical Support * Competent personnel should be present to setup and operate sound system & spotlight during rehearsal, sound and lighting check and the performance
